Logo Definition Curve - Curve is a line and a surface that deviate from planarity in a smooth, continuous fashion. Conceptually, the curve is derived from the shape of the head of an airplane as well as symbolising air travel. It also represents a stylised Wau, which is a positive symbol for tourism in Malaysia. The graphic representation portrays the relative performance of individuals as measured against each other. The elliptical path followed by a stylise aircraft indicates the Company's nature of business in aviation industry focused on high value assets operating to 'best practices' standards in all aspects of the conduct of its business. Round/Circle - The round shape within the curve path represents the world which reflects the Company's mission to powering global aviation. The elliptical path symbolises the growth of the Company and also represents power, control, and influence. The Colour COLOUR is a phenomenon of perception not an objective component or characteristic of a substance. Colour is an aspect of vision; it is a psychophysical response consisting of the physical reaction of the eye and the automatic interpretive response of the brain to wavelength characteristics of light above a certain brightness level. Colour is more than a combination of red, green, and blue or cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. It is in fact a non-verbal communication which has meanings that go beyond ink. BLUE is a color of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It also symbolises trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven. Blue is also considered beneficial to the mind and body where it slows human metabolism and produces a calming effect. In addition, Blue has also been strongly associated with tranquility and calmness. In heraldry, blue is used to symbolise faithfulness and sincerity. Research has shown that Blue is a masculine color and is highly accepted among males. Blue is also associated with depth, expertise, and stability; and it is a preferred color for corporate identity. RED is a colour of fire and blood. It is associated with energy, war, danger, strength, power, determination as well as passion, desire, and love. Red is also a very emotionally intense colour. It enhances human metabolism, increases respiration rate, and raises blood pressure. It has very high visibility, which is why stop signs, stoplights, and fire equipment are usually painted red. In heraldry, red is used to indicate courage, vigor, willpower, rage, anger, leadership, courage, longing, malice, and wrath. WHITE is associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity, and virginity. It is considered to be the color of perfection. White means safety, purity, and cleanliness. As opposed to black, white usually has a positive connotation. White also represents a successful beginning. In heraldry, white depicts faith and purity whilst in advertising, white is associated with coolness and cleanliness because it's the colour of snow. |
