DELAY IN A380 DELIVERY

We refer to our media release on 4 October 2006 on the further delay in the delivery of the A380.

Penerbangan Malaysia Berhad and Malaysia Airlines are still in discussions with Airbus with regards to the said delay. We are currently considering all available options including compensation and/or cancellation of the order.
